However, actual product colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography and individual screen or device settings.
As Chikankari is a handcrafted embroidery technique, slight variations in embroidery, motifs, threadwork, placement and detailing may occur from one piece to another. These variations are part of the handmade nature of the craft and are not considered defects.
Customers are requested to review the product description, size chart, fabric details and other product information carefully before placing an order.
2. Pricing, Offers & Discounts
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotional offers, coupon codes and discounts may be introduced, modified or withdrawn from time to time.
Any applicable delivery charges, taxes or other charges, if applicable, will be displayed to the customer before the order is confirmed.
In the event of an obvious pricing or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order. If payment has already been received for such an order, the applicable amount will be refunded.
3. Orders & Availability
All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment confirmation, where applicable.
Placing an order does not guarantee availability of the product until the order has been successfully confirmed.

- Incomplete or incorrect delivery information
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Circumstances reasonably beyond our control
If we cancel a prepaid order, the applicable amount paid by the customer will be refunded through the original payment method or as otherwise permitted by applicable payment procedures.

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and serviceable locations where displayed on the website.
